WCRF to advise on Anti-Cancer Challenge

About a third of the most common cancers could be prevented by eating healthily, being physically active and maintaining a healthy body weight. That’s easy to say – the hard part is making changes to our lifestyles and keeping it up.

WCRF is pleased to be advising Conner Middelman-Whitney who has started a one-year challenge to improve her diet and become more physically active. She will be following the WCRF Recommendations from our 2007 Expert Report.

You can follow her successes and struggles with her new lifestyle in her blog. You can even give Conner tips and encourage her on the Challenge. She hopes to show that it’s possible and even enjoyable for a busy person to change their lifestyle to help prevent cancer.
